• 100 acre subdivision on GA Hwy 18e in Jones County
• Successfully marketed a 22 acre tract in Jones County for a high density residential development
• 91 acre cutover timberland sale on US129 in Jones county
• Represented the Jones County school board and County commission to acquire land for new schools and recreation areas
• Working farm in Marshallville that included 50 acres of pecans and 150 acres of peaches
• Marketed several different tracts totaling 950 acres which was sold to a buyer who developed the tract into the Pines at Gray. This one transaction was a significant factor in starting the current development boom in Gray, GA.
